Naturally sweet and juicy Kensington Pride Mangoes are a perfect match for Aussie lamb in these Mango Glazed Lamb Skewers. These colourful Prawn Tacos with Mango Slaw require minimum effort to make, but are a real show-stopper. They’re quick to prepare and only require 5 minutes of cooking time. Once they’re ready to assemble, simply serve and let your guests build their own. It’s a huge time-saver when you’d rather be watching the game than in the kitchen – we call that a win!

This Mango Halloumi Salad is one of our favourite vegetarian options when cooking for a crowd. The lentils and halloumi cheese give it enough protein to make it filling for your vegetarian guests, but it doubles as a delicious salad addition to your Grand Final Day BBQ menu!
