A delicious and healthy breakfast smoothie.
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 medium banana – sliced
1 mango – peeled and diced
1 cup natural yogurt
2 Tbs honey or maple syrup
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1 cup ice (optional)
Method
Diced fresh mango
Blueberries
Toasted Muesli
Ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve with desired fixings.
